Sir Richard Branson committed about $4 billion ( yes BILLION )to help develop alternatives to fossil fuels and cut green house gas levels around the world.
He also told Australia to "stop dragging the chain" and sign the Kyoto aggreement.
It is only Australia and America that remain world wide wankers in this regard....Can it really be true? Are we finally getting it?

In my book Im reading it tells of how the 'famous and rich' are supposed to be spreading the message about all this stuff and putting their billions to good use. Thats why they are famous and rich! Yes, it is happening, its time.....YAY
There's that famous 'failure', George Bush and Aussie Bonsai (ie John Howard, 'cause he's a little Bush), trailing behind him again...don't know what our Johnnie will do when Bush's term is up...... Go Richard! Now that's a philanthropist!!
